The Fleming County Kentucky Cancer Care Club Poker Run
The poker run will be held Saturday, August 23rd, 2008 and will leave from the Fleming Mason Energy Pavillion (on Elizaville Rd. across from the Fleming County High School) at 1:00 PM.

The ride will be a scenic ride along the Ohio River and will cross the river on the ferry. The ride will be rain or shine and will be led by Task Force Omega of KY.

Food and door prizes at the Fleming Mason Energy Pavillion at the end of the ride. Cost for entry is $10 per hand, $5 for extra card.

Cash prize will be awarded for best and worst hand. There will also be a 50/50 raffle.

All proceeds from the ride go to the Cancer Care Club, which provides funds to people with cancer to help pay bills, cover the cost of transportation for treatment and meet everday living expenses. This is available to people in Fleming County and all surrounding counties.

Task Force Omega of KY helps with this ride in part due to the fact that the Cancer Care Club helped TFO member Bill Smith in his final days.

Task Force Omega of KY district 3 will be leaving the BP/Days Inn parking lot in Mt. Sterling at 11:00 AM to ride/drive to the Fleming Mason Energy Pavillion for this event. EVERYONE is welcome to go with us or meet us there.
